Our proposals comprise:

No 60 Sancroft Street:

This building will be renovated to provide 16 independent living units for young people aged between 18-25 years who are in full-time work or an apprenticeship. These would be delivered and managed by Centrepoint, who have an excellent track record in the local area. We are proud that this project, which provides affordable homes and acts as a bridge between supported accommodation and the private rented sector, aligns with The Royal Foundation’s Homewards programme, focussed on preventing and ending homelessness. Lambeth is one of the identified Homewards initiative locations and organisations from across the Borough have committed to the Homewards mission.

No 65 Sancroft Street

The existing 1970s building is no longer fit for purpose, having previously been used as a health centre until its services were relocated to other local sites in 2014. The building will be demolished and the site redeveloped into a sensitively designed new mansion-block building, to provide 23 new private and affordable homes.
